All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 1:00PM.

All orders placed after 1:00PM on Friday will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We ship anywhere in Puerto Rico, United States and all International countries.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:

Orders arrive from 2 – 7 days once picked up by our carrier USPS.

International orders may up to 30 business days or more for delivery.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days  (of your order being placed), or if you have any other question related to your order please contact us at via email at orders@formula787.com

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Formula787 cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is return to the sender(our office) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, Formula787 is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verified with the order’s tracking number).

If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
