Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is CBD?
CBD is a chemical compound found in the Cannabid sativa plant (cannabis, hemp, etc). CBD (or cannabidiol as it stands for) is one of many cannabinoids found in the plant, which can be extracted and used for a variety of treatments. CBD in particular has been found to be enormously effective in helping the body to regulate many physiological and cognitive processes such as pain, mood, sleep, memory, and motor functionality. In short, CBD provides relaxation and focus to the body and mind. Learn more about CBD, its uses and which products are right for you.
2. Does it make you high?
Despite being derived from cannabis, CBD does not get you high. Cannabis contains the crystalline compound THC which is the cause of a person getting high, however CBD is extracted from cannabis in such a way that THC is largely avoided. Therefore, while CBD may contain trace amounts of THC, this would not be enough to get someone high. Please be warned however that certain Broad Spectrum CBD products may contain 0.3% or less of delta-9 THC, the legal amount under the 2018 Farm Bill, and it may show up on a drug test.
3. Is it safe?
CBD is considered to be safe for use, and continues to be approved for sale throughout the United States and world. Due to its relatively new introduction to the marketplace, as well as the public perception of cannabis by some, CBD was initially viewed with some scrutiny and caution. However, tests continue to verify CBD as a safe product for consumption. We do however encourage all new users of CBD to regulate their dosage to determine their comfort level. Start with a small serving size and adjust the serving size as needed. Always listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
4. Are Hemp Flower and CBD products legal ?
Our Formula 787 Hemp Flower and CBD products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. All our products are legal in nearly all places. However, due to its fairly recent introduction to the marketplace, we always encourage our customers to double-check the local restrictions in their region.

5. What’s the difference between broad spectrum and isolate?
Our products made with Broad Spectrum CBD contain 0.3% delta-9 THC or no THC plus all other components found in the whole plant, creating the “entourage effect.” Products made with CBD isolate contain the pure CBD cannabinoid. This is a better option for people looking for the medicinal effects of just CBD.
